Run Coaching
My run coaching program provides weekly, personalized plans and monthly check-ins. This package includes: initial phone or virtual consultation to discuss exercise and medical history, and fitness or event goals, weekly training plans (running and workouts), and opportunities for advice on fueling, shoe wear, and strategy.
$150+ a month (3 month minimum)

Training Plans
Custom 16-20-week training plans
I offer customized training plans for 5K through marathon distances. This includes a 30 minute phone or virtual call to discuss your running background and goals.
$15 per week (16 week minimum)
